1.2 服务限制
  • 服务仅限于马来西亚和新加坡之间的跨境运输
  • 乘客必须持有有效的护照和签证
  • 禁止运输违禁物品和危险品
  • 服务时间可能因政府政策或边境管制而调整

EC Express Transport (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company") is a transport service company registered in Malaysia, specializing in cross-border transport services between Malaysia and Singapore.

1.1 Service Scope
  • Transport services from various Malaysian cities to Singapore
  • Transport services from Singapore to various Malaysian cities
  • Accessible transport services for passengers with special needs
  • Charter services and customized itineraries
  • Airport transfer services
1.2 Service Limitations
  • Services are limited to cross-border transport between Malaysia and Singapore
  • Passengers must hold valid passports and visas
  • Transportation of prohibited items and dangerous goods is forbidden
  • Service hours may be adjusted due to government policies or border controls

2.2 Booking Confirmation
  • Booking requires accurate personal information and trip details
  • We will confirm your booking within 24 hours
  • Confirmation email or SMS will be sent after confirmation
  • Confirmed booking constitutes a legally binding contract

  • Passenger name (consistent with passport)
  • Contact phone number and email address
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Departure time and location
  • Detailed destination address
  • Special requirements (wheelchair, child seat, etc.)
3. 价格和支付 | Pricing and Payment

3.2 支付方式
  • 银行转账

3.3 支付条款
  • 预订时需支付50%定金
  • 余款需在出发前24小时完成支付
  • 未按时支付可能导致预订取消

3.1 Pricing Policy
  • Prices are calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Prices may vary by route, time, vehicle type, and season
  • Additional charges may apply during special holidays and peak periods
  • Price includes fuel, tolls, and driver fees
  • Excludes tips, meals, and personal expenses
3.2 Payment Methods
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard)
  • E-wallet (Alipay, WeChat Pay)
  • Cash payment (limited circumstances only)
3.3 Payment Terms
  • 50% deposit required upon booking
  • Balance must be paid 24 hours before departure
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation
  • All fees are based on the quoted price at confirmation
4. 取消和退款政策 | Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 客户取消
  • 48小时前取消:全额退款(扣除手续费)
  • 24-48小时前取消:退款70%
  • 24小时内取消:退款30%
  • 出发后取消:不予退款
4.2 公司取消
  • 因恶劣天气、政府政策或不可抗力因素取消,全额退款
  • 因车辆故障等公司原因取消,全额退款并给予补偿
  • 将提前至少4小时通知客户
4.3 退款处理
  • 退款将在7-14个工作日内处理
  • 退款方式与原支付方式一致
  • 手续费为总金额的5%

4.1 Customer Cancellation
  • Cancel 48+ hours before: Full refund (minus processing fee)
  • Cancel 24-48 hours before: 70% refund
  • Cancel within 24 hours: 30% refund
  • Cancel after departure: No refund
4.2 Company Cancellation
  • Full refund for cancellations due to severe weather, government policies, or force majeure
  • Full refund plus compensation for company-related cancellations (vehicle breakdown, etc.)
  • Customers will be notified at least 4 hours in advance
4.3 Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refund method will match the original payment method
  • Processing fee is 5% of total amount
5. 责任限制和免责声明 | Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

5.3 保险覆盖
  • 所有车辆均购买综合保险
  • 第三方责任险最高赔偿额度为RM 1,000,000
  • 建议乘客购买个人旅行保险

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid
  • Not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or special damages
  • Not responsible for losses caused by third parties
5.2 Disclaimers
  • Delays or cancellations due to government policies or border control changes
  • Force majeure factors such as natural disasters and severe weather
  • Issues caused by passengers not carrying valid documents
  • Loss or damage to passengers' personal belongings
  • Delays due to traffic congestion
5.3 Insurance Coverage
  • All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance
  • Third-party liability insurance coverage up to RM 1,000,000
  • Passengers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance
